The Chartered Institution of Wastes Management (CIWM) has joined a long list of signatories in a letter to Environment Secretary Michael Gove on the current raft of consultations on reformed packaging producer responsibility, a Deposit Return Scheme, Collection Consistency and the Plastics Packaging Tax.
